Terms of Use

These are the plain-language terms for using GAMEDEPOT LAN WAREHOUSE and this website. Book a seat, walk through the roller door, or send the form, and you agree to them. No fine-print traps — just how the floor runs.

What we sell

We sell time on a gaming rig, nothing more and nothing less. An hour, a four-hour haul, an overnight, or a whole crew bay booked as one block. Every station runs the same fast build, so you are paying for the clock, not a tier. We do not sell hardware, we ship no goods, and there is no online store to check out from — you pay at the desk and play on the floor.

Booking a seat

A booking holds a specific station, or a specific crew bay, for the block you chose. Send the form on the home page and we confirm by email; that confirmation is the booking. Please arrive within fifteen minutes of your slot — we hold the seat that long — after which we may release it to the next player waiting. You pay for your time at the desk when you roll in.

Walk-ins and busy nights

When bays are free, walk-ins are welcome without a booking. On a busy Friday or during a match night the floor can fill, and a booking is the only way to guarantee a seat. If we are full, we will point you to the next open block rather than leave you standing.

Paying and prices

Rates are shown on the home page and charged at the desk in Australian dollars. We keep those figures current, but they can move — if a price matters to your plan, confirm it with the desk before you book. Prepaid hour bundles are charged up front and drawn down as you play; the balance of whole unused hours is refundable under our Refund Policy.

House rules

Keep the volume friendly, food at the counter, drinks in lidded cups, and leave the station as you found it. Treat the rigs, the peripherals, and the crew with respect. No tampering with the machines, the network, or another player's session. Staff can ask anyone breaking the rules — or the law — to leave, and a serious breach ends the session without a refund of the time in progress.

Fair use of the rigs

The machines are here for gaming and the ordinary things around it. Do not use them to break into systems, mine, run illegal downloads, or do anything that would land the venue or the next player in trouble. Bring your own game accounts and sign out when you are done — we wipe sessions between players, but your logins are yours to manage.

Contests and match nights

Leaderboards and match nights here are scored on points and time only. There is no wagering, no cash pot, and no prize with real-world value — bragging rights are the whole prize. Where we run a bracket, the crew's call on scoring and conduct is final on the night.

The website

This site exists to show what we offer and to take bookings. We keep the rates, hours and specs current, but details can change between visits, and we do not warrant that every figure is free of error at every moment. If a detail matters to your plan, email the desk to confirm. The content, layout, and branding of this site are ours; please do not copy them wholesale.

Liability

You look after your own accounts, logins and belongings while you are here. We are not liable for items left unattended at a seat, for what happens inside your own game accounts, or for loss of unsaved progress if a session ends. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded — those rights stand regardless of what is written here.
