About Us

GAMEDEPOT LAN WAREHOUSE is a PC gaming club in Perth — fifty identical rigs on a concrete floor, under one big roof. This is the longer story of the place, the crew, and how a night actually runs.

Inside GAMEDEPOT LAN WAREHOUSE in Perth

We took an empty warehouse on St Georges Terrace, ran power to fifty desks, and left the rest of it looking exactly like a warehouse. Steel, concrete, exposed beams, and rigs humming in long rows. No neon nonsense — just room to play.

Why we built it

Most gaming spots we knew were carpeted little rooms with a lottery of machines — one good seat, one wheezing one, and a bad table by the toilets. We wanted the opposite: open space, air that moves, and the same fast build at every single desk. A warehouse gave us all three. It plays like one, too — big, loud, and built to take a crowd.

The ethos is no-frills on purpose. We spend the money on the rigs, the network, and the aircon, and not on mood lighting or a menu you did not come for. You roll in, grab a bay, and load up. That is the whole pitch, and it holds up on a busy Friday.

The three rooms

01 · The Floor

Loud and social

Thirty-two rigs in long open rows down the middle of the warehouse — the main loading bay. Bright, moving, and always someone to queue with.

02 · The Racks

Set back and focused

Twelve rigs along the quiet wall bays, back from the traffic. Same fast build, less noise — the pick for a ranked grind.

03 · Crew Bays

Roll in together

Six squad bays of shared benches, booked and held as one block so a whole team can drop in side by side.

The room you pick is about mood, not machine. Every seat runs the identical spec, so there is no such thing as a bad chair here — only a louder one and a quieter one.

Fifty identical rigs

Every station is the same build, maintained the same way, and imaged clean between players. Same 240 Hz stock panel, same mechanical board, same honest mouse, the big titles pre-loaded. If your rig acts up, you do not lose your night — tell the crew and slide to the next open seat while we sort it. No lottery, no favourites, no "which desk did you get".

The house standard

The crew

A small team runs each shift — setting up stations, keeping the room right, and pointing newcomers to a seat. No hard sell and no queue theatre: if a machine acts up, tell us and move to another while we fix it. They know the rigs, they know the games, and they will happily settle a scoring dispute on a match night. Say hello at the desk; that is where everything runs from.

House rules, kept short

Keep the volume friendly, food at the counter, drinks in lidded cups, and leave the station as you found it. Respect the gear and the people around you. That is about it — the full version lives in our Terms of Use, but on the floor it comes down to: play hard, tidy up, do not be the reason we need a longer rulebook.

How a night runs

  1. Book or walk in. Send the form on the home page, or just roll up when bays are free. On a busy night, a booking is the only way to lock a seat.
  2. Check in at the desk. We hold your seat for fifteen minutes past your block. Pay for your time here — card or cash, no accounts.
  3. Grab your bay. Floor for the loud nights, Racks for the quiet ones, a Crew Bay when the whole squad rolls in at once.
  4. Load up and play. Same fast build, big library, seat held till you are done. Hit a snag, wave down the crew.
  5. Roll out. Sign out of your accounts, leave the desk as you found it, and book the next one on the way past.
